This plane is in good working condition and just needs a sharpen. The iron and chip breaker are good, the iron is SW... an old guy and will sharpen razor sharp. The lever cap looks original and works well, a kidney type, it has a small amount of metal loss on one corner. The lateral lever is good and adjusts well. The frog works well, it is the earlier type with no forward and aft adjustment and a baker light adjuster... (I think is the material ). The sole has no pat stamps. The sole has good steel, with a line of very light pitting running on one side. This you will be able to improve and or remove with sanding when you flatten the plane. The jappaning has light wear for its age and in good shape.. The front knob is in good condition and look uncracked or repaired. The rear holds firm and is undamaged. The tote and knob have been cleaned up and have brass nuts. I am not sure if they are original but the hold well without movement. This is a very nice plane, price is based condition. I have shipping to cover the cost, if it ships for less, I will refund any overpayment. It may go through UPS or USPS depending on which is cheaper.Thank you for looking. I have other tools for sale in my Ebay store (Manning Antique and Vintage Tools) and can often combine shipping to keep shipping cost lower. Thank you. Condition: Used.
