One of the zipper pulls on the included case is broken, but this does not affect its use. The truss rod is functioning well, with ample adjustment range in both forward and reverse directions. The neck has been adjusted with the truss rod and is almost perfectly straight. There are signs of fret leveling in the higher positions, but overall there is still plenty of fret life left and it is in playable condition.
