It has an ash body with a maple neck and fingerboard, a popular tonewood combination. The neck pickup is slanted, and the original pickups have been replaced with EMG JX WH pickups. Controls include neck PU volume, bridge PU volume, master tone, and one dummy knob. The scale length is 34 inches, nut width is 38.7mm ( 1.5 inch ) and string spacing at the bridge is 19.0mm ( .7 inch ). The instrument weighs approximately 4.11 kg (9.06 lbs). The guitar shows signs of use with marks, dents, and some tarnishing on metal parts. Fret life is about 60%, and the neck and truss rod are in good condition. Electronics are fully functional.
