I had a cobbler condition, re-dye, and treat the leather. They have been loved. Bottom of boot is roughly 10”. I love these boots so so much, but I have to part with them. I wear a US jean size of 14/16 (plus size) and these do not work for my calves. I purchased these for $500 from a sweet older lady on marketplace who was the original owner of these boots. These are the genuine, real-deal vintage campus boots with the black label inside to match. I had a cobbler condition, re-dye, and treat the leather. They have been loved. They are truly a statement piece. I tried very hard to have these boots work for me, I had them stretched at a cobbler and at a boot barn. All pics and measurements are after the professional stretching was completed, so don’t worry, the calves do look exactly like this and are not stretched out. EDIT: I originally thought these boots were a 7 because I’m a true 6 1/2 and they fit me with room for thick socks comfortably, but they are MARKED A 6. Bottom of boot is roughly 10”. Calf measurement is ~14”. Reminder that this leather is from before 1970 (so it is 50+ years old, genuine vintage), so it has imperfections, color variation, etc. I purchased these thinking that these boots would be something I could pass down to my children with lots of fond memories of wearing them, but unfortunately they do not fit, so I want to pass them on to someone else so they have that opportunity.
