The sheepskin is in good shape but for a few shallow scratches and nicks on the heels and toes; there is also some spottiness and unevenness of color-- we priced these down a bit for the flaws-- see photos!Unless we specify otherwise, we ship all shoes poly-bagged and packed in a box. We generally ship same or next business day depending on the time of your order!**Please note that we are cat owners, and it is impossible to guarantee that a stray hair or two won't make its way into our packing process.
