The primary upper is black suede, including the toe, eyestay and heel areas. The side and padded ankle panels feature an unusual bright green and teal abstract/floral-style print against a dark background, giving this pair considerably more visual character than a standard solid-color Sk8-Hi. A gray Vans Sidestripe runs along both sides and contrasts nicely with the black suede and bright green patterned panels. Most importantly for a pre-owned pair, the gum rubber waffle outsoles retain very strong tread with relatively little visible wear, including well-defined waffle pattern throughout the forefoot and heel areas. The interior Vans branding shows some wear from normal use.
