Royal Cotswolds in the English Tradition. by J Godinger. Chintz Pink Roses Blue Flowers Tea Set. One owner. The insides are so clean and pristine I don’t think they actually held food. Royal Cotswolds in the English Tradition by J Godinger Chintz Pink Roses Blue Flowers Tea Set Includes:2 Teacups2 Saucers - the saucers say “Decorative Piece Only Not For Food Use,” the other items do not say thisI think they are made in China from very nice porcelain with gold decoration, but I cannot guarantee that. There is no stamped clarification on the set. It’s thin, bright, and very lightweight like bone china but I still think it might be porcelain. It’s years and years old but I still think it was probably made in China. The set is in great shape, no obvious or serious damage. Some tiny original imperfections - a couple tiny specks where the paint was splashed inside a cup or specks in ceramic (see close up photos), or slight ripples in the gold trim. One owner. I don’t remember my aunt ever actually using the set, it was just on display in her china cabinet, but there is still minor light wear to the gold trim in spots. The insides are so clean and pristine I don’t think they actually held food. The wear might have come from a couple of moves and washing to clean/dust through the many years. Condition: Used.
