This particular model is often referred to as the stability version of the Saucony Triumph model and is considered their premium stability offering. Note: the "D" sizing indicator represents a men's medium or standard shoe width. As viewed in the pictures, these shoes are mostly white with some silver/gray, black, neon yellow and orange accents. Some detailed specifications include the following... Pronation type: Stability Drop: 8 mm Heel stack height: 38 mm Forefoot stack height: 32 mm Weight (each shoe): 12.0 oz (per digital scale) Other notes: Most would probably consider this a trainer that is best suited for road/paved surfaces. Although, well maintained and relatively flat dirt roads would also be fine (like the many farm roads we run on in Kansas). I land somewhere between a neutral and a stability running shoe when it comes to a trainer. For me, this is a stability shoe, but the way it gets there is fairly innovative compared to its previous version. There is no traditional stability "post" on the medial side, as was the case in the previous version of this shoe. Instead, this shoe relies on two different types of midsole foam in a uniquely layered design and a wide platform to achieve its stability characteristics. More specifically, there is Saucony's traditional (and firmer) "PWRRUN" foam in the gray color that is layered around the lower half and outside of the midsole. This stiffer and slightly heavier foam, coupled with its use to create the midsole flare, results in a wider outsole platform that really enhances stability. Then there is the core of "PWRRUN PB" midsole foam (in the white color) that is often referred to as one of Saucony's "Super Foams" because of its lighter and more responsive characteristics. This white colored "Super Foam" represents the top layer and sidewalls of the midsole, and then tapers down the medial and lateral sides (from heel to forefoot) until it reaches the outsole. So by the time the white "PWRRUN BP" reaches the bottom of the midsole, it is flanked on both sides by the denser/firmer "PWRRUN" foam. This creates a cradle effect with the "PWRRUN PB" top layer and sidewalls being supported by the "PWRRUN" foam. I also cannot help but notice the midsole layering creates a much more responsive shoe in what is otherwise a high mileage stability trainer. I think its the fact that the firmer "PWRRUN" foam really does allow for the foot to seat squarely on top of that inner core of "PWRRUN BP" foam...taking full advantage of this innovative midsole design.I say all of this as someone that really liked the previous version (v23) of this shoe that was originally released all the way back in early 2021. This version (v24) was not released until the middle of 2024, but the multi-year gap is somewhat understandable given the many innovative changes made to this newer model. There are also some other features worth noting that are carryovers from the previous version. The reinforced heel counter and ample (but not excessive) padding around the collar help lock-in the back of the foot and limit movement to either the medial or lateral side. The latter is also aided by the overall stiffness of this shoe. I would not call it rigid or unforgiving, but the unscientific "twist test" confirms this is a stability shoe that will help guide the foot through the gate cycle. Finally, I was curious about other comparisons and some online reviewers claim this shoe feels like a beefed up version of the Saucony Tempus, which seems reasonable. I realize my commentary is mostly subjective and based on my experiences with this shoe, but please also take a moment to look-up some of the online reviews, as the feedback is mostly similar to my experience. As for their history, I purchased a small lot of Saucony shoes...some in my size and some not. This size is too big for me, so I am making them available here. I also want to confirm they are new and retail boxed. Terms and Conditions: You may We have also moved our "Terms and Conditions" to a separate page within our Ebay store. You may navigate to this page by clicking on the link on the left side of our "Store Home Page" (below the product categories) or you may click on one of our "Terms and Conditions" direct links herein. Note to international customers regarding shipping... We apologize to those that feel some of our international shipping charges are too high. We only charge actual shipping rates, but once an order exceeds a certain amount, we hesitate to use the least expensive US Postal Services First Class International service. We feel this way, because this service is not trackable or insurable...so more risk of loss. We prefer the US Postal Services Priority Mail International service for more expensive orders, because this service is trackable at USPS.com and insurable...so less risk of loss. Unfortunately, this service is more expensive, especially for smaller/lighter packages, relative to the First Class International service. We are sorry about these higher shipping costs, but hopefully our notes help to explain why this is the case. Note to international customers regarding customs... We also apologize to those that feel their country import taxes, duties and brokerage fees are excessive. As a small US business, we are required by customs' laws to declare each order as a retail sale. Additionally, the declared order value must be equal to total store purchases and/or winning auction bids (less any shipping costs, as these are not considered in the declared value). As a result, each customer will be responsible for paying his/her own country taxes, duties and brokerage fees, which will be collected upon delivery. Again, we apologize for these additional costs, but we cannot afford the penalties and fines that come with breaking customs' laws...so we have to strictly abide by them. Condition: New with box.
