Noritake Bluebell (5558) was produced from 1954 to 1971Set of 4 CupsThese beautiful cups are light in the hand, weighing in at just under 3 ounces, and hold 6 ounces of liquid. As seen in the pictures, they almost glow under the light as the translucence of the porcelain allows light through. This design has the floral pattern on the bottom inside the cup, with the outside being ringed with the pin stripe platinum silver that is also found on the handle. There are more silver metallic lines inside, just below the light blue rim. This design blends in well with other Mid Century Modern Noritake (and others) patterns and is an economical replacement for some items. All of my items come from auctions, estate sales and thrifting. I do my very best to describe and care for these treasures until they come to live with you. As a reminder, these items are not new, and may not be in perfect condition. I photograph and/or mention any imperfections in my listings, however, sometimes I do miss things. I do not scrub items to clean, as I leave most restoration to the buyer. That way, you'll be as gentle or harsh as you feel is safe for your piece. Please view photos thoroughly, enlarge if needed, to really get a good look before purchasing these vintage items.
