Vintage Echt Weimar Germany Petite Cobalt & Gold Teapot W Pedestal Foot

Description

View Vintage Echt Weimar Germany Petite Cobalt & Gold Teapot W Pedestal Foot with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. I admit to having to lean on Google to help me with the identification of this lovely, richly adorned single serving teapot because it is unmarked! According to the Google-meister, this was made in East Germany by Echt Weimar. Condition is used but very clean, having only light stains from prior use and no chips, cracks, or flakes on the body or lid. There is some wear of the gold painted details on the handle, but the other areas of applied gold are still in great condition. There are some minor glaze imperfections like a skip on the body's rim that are smooth to the touch and incurred during manufacture. Measures a little under 7" tall. The combination of gold on cobalt is stunning! Condition: Used. Category: Collectibles › Kitchen & Home › Dinnerware & Serveware › Teapots & Tea Sets.
