The spigot moves freely, the rubber seal on the stopper had not broken apart (like so many of these), the paint on the wooden handle looks almost new, and the aluminum cup on top has very few dents and sits nice and straight. What amazes me about this example is how clean the interior is. Take a look at the photos. It looks near mint. It was well taken care of. Another interesting aspect of this particular jug are the “sterilizing” instructions on the bottom. I have not seen many with that extra bit. This is a wonderful piece of vintage Americana and would be a great addition to someone’s collection. Please look at all the pictures, ask any questions, and buy with confidence! Condition: Used.
