However, any orders where payments have still not been received after 4 calendar days (literally 96 hours) are subject to cancellation at the buyer's expense if they win an auction or if an offer is agreed between both parties – both in case buyer doesn't submit the payment they owe within this timeframe. Starting May 2026 via eBay's one-size-fits-all policies, cancellation requests will no longer negotiable after winning an auction or if a Best Offer is agreed between both parties. Any orders placed where the items listed are found to be lost, damaged, or out of stock will be canceled under the reasons stated and/or have the payment be refunded; otherwise we may cancel/withdraw listings if any items previously listed some time ago are found to be lost or damaged or out of stock.ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR CARTIf you add any items to your cart, please do not hesitate to check out and/or communicate with me directly in case you're not quite ready to check out yet. The "Add to Cart" button should ONLY be used as a sign that you as the buyer intend to buy it or are willing to communicate and ask questions before finalizing your purchase. It is disconcerting towards us sellers for buyers looking at these items listed for sale to simply add to their carts while avoiding communication with us any further.ONE-TIME OFFERS/BEST OFFERSAny time our listings get viewed or if anyone adds them to their watchlists, we will send one-time offers. Please respond to them promptly within the 96-hour timeframe by deciding to accept, decline, or counteroffer. Otherwise, we are unable to revise said listings at any time while there are bids and/or offers pending. Please do not send me messages via the "Contact Seller" button asking me how much I would be willing to accept. These particular requests will be ignored if received. If you don't see the "Best Offer" button, it means the asking price is non-negotiable except for if a discount coupon is offered and/or if it's on sale. If you do see the "Best Offer" button, please negotiate fairly in order to keep the sale profitable to cover selling fees and other fees on our end as sellers. Any messages over declined offers or how many offers you have remaining before reaching the 5-offer limit will also be ignored, which this behavior from buyers constitutes harassment and intimidation towards us sellers – and is at your own risk if received, which such behavior will result in formal written warnings – up to, and including being blocked from doing business with us. Thank you for your understanding.ITEM REPRESENTATIONSIn order to have our buyers build their trust and confidence in doing business with us, we avoid relying on stock images for products we're selling and always take photos of the actual items we have on hand we intend to sell so that our buyers receive the items in the conditions they were found — which we use the eBay app's camera on our mobile devices while listing items for sale and/or updating the listings at any time. Any buyers who claim the item they received didn't match the photos and/or the description must provide full evidence to back their claims.ELECTRONIC MEDIAAny used electronic media, such as VHS cassettes, DVDs, Blu-ray discs, video game software, etc. are usually tested on hardware to verify their working conditions and that they pass the tests with minor to no issues. Any electronic media that don't have the hardware required to test them on will be sold AS IS. If any are still sealed in their factory packagings will also be sold AS IS.LOTS & BUNDLESSome of our listings we sell items in wholesale lots and/or bundles for the convenience of our buyers without needing to buy separately as the prices to some of the individual items can vary. However, we are not obligated to split any items from a lot or bundle into separate listings whether or not if the buyers looking at them may already have any individual items from the lot or bundle.FRAGILE ITEMSItems that are fragile, such as glass, porcelain, ceramic, clay, etc. are packed with the best of care so they remain intact upon being received by the buyer and/or recipient and that their mailing packages be marked as such as a reminder to the carrier for careful handling procedures.
