Their clever tiered bases allow them to stack neatly together for compact display or storage. • Glaze & Surface: The interiors are clean. The mustard yellow/lighter tan mug has a small, tight hairline crack on the bottom that runs through the unglazed foot ring (clearly shown in the final photos). This listing is for a vintage lot of 3 stackable stoneware coffee mugs manufactured in Japan. Featuring a distinct Mid-Century Modern geometric block pattern, this set includes two mugs in a rich brown, beige, and cream colorway, and one mug in a warm mustard yellow, beige, and cream combination. Their clever tiered bases allow them to stack neatly together for compact display or storage. Condition Details: The mugs are in pre-owned vintage condition with rich, high-gloss glazed finishes. • Structure: Two of the brown/tan mugs are structurally sound with no chips or cracks. The mustard yellow/lighter tan mug has a small, tight hairline crack on the bottom that runs through the unglazed foot ring (clearly shown in the final photos). • Glaze & Surface: The interiors are clean. Standard vintage crazing lines are visible underneath the glaze on the lower sections of the bodies, which is expected for Japanese stoneware of this era. • Bottoms: All three mugs feature an authentic "JAPAN" stamp on the bottom, though they show varying degrees of shelf wear and fading from age. Please review the high-resolution photos closely to inspect the crack on the yellow mug's base and the overall color layout before purchasing. Sold as-is together as a 3-piece lot. Condition: Used.
