Up for sale is a vintage all-composition Santa Claus doll from around the 1940s, about 19.5 inches tall. He has a swivel head, a sculpted Santa cap over white hair and a flowing beard, painted eyes, and rosy cheeks. His torso and legs are one piece, and his arms are jointed. He's wearing a red flannel Santa suit that appears original, with a black belt and buckle and black boots. There are no maker's marks. The paint is crazed and cracked with some flaking, mostly on the cap and face, and there's a chip at the back of the neck. The body and suit show age wear and discoloration.
