It features a round-laminated rosewood fingerboard and 20 frets. It weighs 3.77kg.The neck pocket is stamped "5AUG72B," and the body is stamped "G.VILORIA."Over 50 years after its manufacture, the dignified alder body and one-piece maple neck produce a tight, solid bass tone. With its black lettering and gold-bordered logo, traditional four-bolt neck, and simple 1-volume, 1-tone controls, this is a truly masculine bass. The aggressive, powerful sound tone, perfectly matched by its well-worn look, offers exquisite nuances when the pickup is rolled back—the quintessential Precision Bass sound everyone imagines. We've refretted it, so you can enjoy the vintage Precision Bass sound with a like-new playing feel. While the original pickups and potentiometers (1977) are included, the electronics were completely broken. Therefore, we replaced them with COX hand-wired pickups by Combat Guitars (the pickup covers are the original Fender ones), and replaced the potentiometers, jack, and knobs—a full repair.
