What sets the Badass II apart from your typical 4-string bridge? Sweetwater’s bass gurus find that the greater mass of its zinc alloy bridge plate results in a significant sustain boost, with a sharper attack and exceptional definition. Moreover, each saddle sports a set of deep grooves that allow you to experiment and fine-tune your string spacing to taste. Bolster your instrument’s tone, stability, and sustain with a Badass II bridge from Leo Quan! One Badass legacy The story of Leo Quan’s Badass bass bridges begins way back in 1972, a time long before the current golden age of aftermarket instrument upgrades. At that time, most musicians’ hardware options were essentially “stock” or bust. The high-mass, high-sustain design of the earliest Badass bridges won over many of the era’s most famous bassists and guitarists, resulting in brands like Spector, B.C. Rich, and Kramer utilizing the design as the standard option on many models — even Fender has occasionally equipped its instruments with a Badass bridge at the request of legendary musicians like Geddy Lee and Marcus Miller! A half-century later, Leo Quan’s Badass bridges still reign as the go-to bridge for guitar and bass players looking to maximize every drop of sustain, resonance, and definition from their favorite instrument.Leo Quan Badass II 4-string Bass Bridge Features: High-mass bass bridge, designed as a drop-in replacement for many 5-screw Fender-style bass bridges Chunky bridge plate made from a high-density zinc alloy to deliver enhanced sustain and a sharper, more articulate attack Deeply grooved saddles allow you to customize string spacing to taste Precisely machined saddles fit flush against each other for increased stability Badass II 4-String High-mass Bass Bridge - Black Specifications: SpecificationDetail Type 4-String, 5-screw Bass Bridge Intended Instrument Fender Precision, Jazz Bridge Style 4-saddle Material High-density Zinc alloy Saddles Pre-grooved saddles Spacing Variable String Spacing Finish Black RETURN INFORMATION We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Sweetwater.
