The appraisal refers to these as prolate spheroid shape. In good condition. All 4 have a Murano label. Not visible from a distance. I tried to get it in a photo and I circled it. See photos. All four have the Murano labels. In good condition. No chips or cracks. All 4 have a Murano label. There is one ornament that has some cloudy marks which appear to be inside. Not visible from a distance. I tried to get it in a photo and I circled it. See photos.NOTE: All four have the Murano labels. With these being a plainer version with NO gold stripe, I am listing at a lower price than the large balls that have the gold stripe. These are from a large collection that was appraised. This is the description from the appraisal: "The set is made in Murano by the famous atelier known as Ferro & Lazzarini. The set dates back to the period from 1970 to 1990. The general decoration of the items are characterized with the usual Christmas coloure palette composed of green and red with a Muranese addition of golden flakes. The pieces were hand made and several were labeled with the triangular label of the Ferro & Lazzarini Atelier. The label is modernized, hence the pieces might have been purchased later than 1977."The person I acquired these from said her parents purchased in the 1980s.The appraisal refers to these as prolate spheroid shape.Approximately 3.5" across - 10 1/2" aroundWith these being hand blown, size and pattern do vary. All pieces are decorated with two colors, red and green.I will also be posting globes, discs, teardrops so check my other listings. This is the link to the appraisal for the collection these came from: https://www.mearto.com/items/christmas-ornaments-qg0NOTE: with screen differences, photos may not exactly portray the exact hues of the color. Also, with these being handmade the colors and size may vary. These will be shipped in a nice heavy duty Christmas gift box. Will be great for gift giving and storage. All items sold as is.
