Items on my listings are from three estates that had very nice stuff that was either new or slightly used in most cases. Understand the folks selling this stuff are elderly and hate to see it go but have to cover their medical expenses. So please be kind. Collector items were stored in plastic bins at a 60 to 70-degree room tempter. No pets in home. I will never say anything is in excellent or perfect condition. Please don’t assume that anything is in perfect collector condition. However, I will rate the items as new which were never used just stored as explained above. If I say an item is in good condition, then it was used and maintained correctly in my opinion above average condition. If I mark an item in fair condition, then it shows wear either on box or on the item itself. Please look at photos I will post anything out of the ordinary with a photo to show the wear. Don’t quoit me on my ratings because you may not have the same ratings as me. Please be aware what you are buying and inspect the photos. Remember stuff on eBay isn’t new off the shelf it is pre-owned even if it is new old stock in box. Ask questions if need to before bidding please. I don’t need the aggravation for someone assuming anything that is not expected. I want you to be happy not discouraged. Any questions please e-mail me. I am new here, but I don’t have junk. I have quality products that I wouldn’t be selling if not in good to excellent or usable condition. Thank You and hopefully you find a good bargain. Derwould P.S.
