We would recommend that you do take them to the dry cleaners as they are very old. The sportcoat is quarter lined, all of the pictures show the inside of the jacket it does have some wear, and a slight bit of tearing on the inner lining. I don’t know if the lining on both sides was sewn all the way down to the hem of the sport but it is open.
