Please contact me if you have any questions. I am happy to try to help! Please be certain of your sizing and likes/dislikes BEFORE purchasing, as I do NOT accept returns for any reason (and please do NOT ask for an exception!). I cannot afford to accept returns, so it is your own responsibility to ask any and ALL questions BEFORE bidding. I understand that buying shoes online can be a difficult and frustrating experience, especially since brands and even styles or specific shoes within a style may vary widely in size, so please know what you are purchasing. Please ask for specific measurements if you need them, and I will be happy to try to help in any way that I can. PLEASE NOTE I CANNOT and WILL NOT TELL YOU "HOW THE SHOE RUNS" WITH REGARD TO SMALL/LARGE/WIDE/NARROW. IT WOULD BE DISHONEST OF ME TO TRY TO GUESS AND GIVE YOU AN ANSWER... OUR FEET ARE DIFFERENT!!! If you are uncertain at all, I would highly advise AGAINST the purchase! Again- once you bid/purchase, the sale is FINAL (absolutely NO exceptions). I will not cancel the sale. The pictures shown are of the ACTUAL item you are bidding on. Please remember that pictures taken with the camera flash may make the bag appear lighter and brighter on your monitor, and all monitors display colors differently. Color is not a basis for returns, and I do not accept returns for any reason, so please know what you are buying! If I can help, again, please contact me BEFORE bidding, and I will do my best to answer any questions you may have!Item comes from a smoke free and pet free home!!! I ship quickly after cleared PAYPAL payment (usually the same business day unless payment posts after noon, eastern time, on weekends/holidays, or I am unavailable at that time). If I cannot make same day shipping, I will ship out the next business day. I am offering free USPS first class mail or parcel post for domestic shipments, but I am happy to ship priority mail or express mail if you need the item quickly! My shipping rates are either free or flat rate and estimated based on a carefully packaged, appropriate size box, and also the weight of the package...the rates will typically be lower than my actual cost to ship! If not, and there is a large excess overpaid by the buyer, I do refund that immediately. It is not my intention to gouge for shipping! All international buyers are responsible for any and all fees imposed by customs. As it is illegal and insurance would be negatively affected, I will not mark the item as a "gift" or devalue the item on the customs forms. I cannot know your country's customs laws, and therefore I would not know how much (if any) duty may be imposed on your purchase, so please check prior to bidding! Again, if there is a large excess overpaid for shipping costs, you will receive a refund back to your Paypal account once I process the postage. Please note that your item may arrive with a security tag to prevent potential fraud. Please rest assured that this tag does NOT in any way mark or damage the item, and it can be easily removed with scissors. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Absolutely NO refunds, discounts, or exchanges for any reason, and please do not ask me to deviate from this policy! I apologize, but I am not a retailer, and therefore I simply cannot afford to offer a return/exchange policy for any customer. I am an honest seller who has spent a lot of time with my listing so that I can accurately detail the item and its condition for you in the hope that you can better understand what you are bidding on, and I do guarantee that the item is authentic, so please bid with confidence! However, please understand that once you have purchased and used your product, you have assumed the risk of ownership. I do NOT and cannot offer any type of warranty or guarantee on your item after your purchase (or at any time during your ownership or beyond). Once you make the final sale purchase, you own the item, and I am not responsible for any issues with the item that may arise from your usage. Please do not contact me but rather contact the specific company directly for questions and help regarding the care of your item, or details regarding their warranty and repairs policy if you have any problems at all with your item during your ownership. Please note that companies have different warranties and/or guarantees, some have none at all, and therefore you may be solely responsible for any and all repair costs, or replacement, if something goes wrong. If you have any questions or concerns, please do your homework on the specific product and its company BEFORE bidding on my item. Thank you in advance for your cooperation! Thanks so much for looking, and please contact me with any questions!!! *****PLEASE NOTE THAT I AM NOT AFFILIATED WITH UGG IN ANY WAY. I JUST APPRECIATE QUALITY SHOES, AND I BUY WAY MORE THAN MY BULGING CLOSETS WILL HOLD!!!***** I am currently in the process of downsizing my collection, so please check back periodically for future listings!POLICY INFORMATION*PURCHASE & PAYMENTS: All items are a FINAL SALE (NO discounts, returns, or exchanges for any reason). I value ALL of my customers and apologize in advance, but I am not a retail store, so please understand that I cannot afford to offer a return/discount/exchange policy for any (new or repeat) customer on any transaction. Please ask ALL questions prior to bidding/winning, as I will NOT cancel the transaction for any reason once the auction has closed with your winning bid. This is a Paypal only auction. I do not accept any other form of payment. Payments are due within 48 hours of the close of the auction (including "best offer" auctions). I apologize, but due to many problems, I no longer offer layaway. =( Please do not purchase the item if you cannot pay for it within the requested time frame. I want to provide the highest level of service possible, so please do not post messages with your Paypal payment, as sometimes these go unnoticed! You may use the Ebay messaging system for any questions or special requests, and do make sure you get a response back from me as well (sometimes the system fails, and I do not receive the messages!). *SHIPPING: I ship IMMEDIATELY after cleared PAYPAL payment if at all possible (usually the same day unless payment posts after 4p.m. eastern, on weekends/holidays, or due to bad weather). The item will typically be shipped via USPS insured priority mail, and it will be packaged in a size appropriate box. Posted shipping rates are flat rate within the U.S. I NEVER try to overcharge for shipping, but postal rates are high and reflective of a size appropriate box and weight of the package, as well as package destination. I always refund any large shipping excess overpaid, but to be honest, many times I actually pay $5-20 over my posted shipping rates! If you would like to get this item faster, please contact me for an express mail shipment quote if you do not see one posted, and I will be happy to ship overnight to you! Please also understand I cannot be responsible for the postal service and transit times, and the transit times are not guaranteed.*INTERNATIONAL: I generally do not ship international for trademark items, but I do occasionally offer this with NWT items or upon request. International customers pay a rate based on weight, no handling fees, and I ONLY ship insured express mail or priority mail international because of the risk involved for both of us. Please note that in ALL cases, the buyer is responsible for any and all customs duties! I do not and cannot know your country's customs laws, or how much duty may be imposed on your purchase, so please do your research BEFORE bidding, as I will NOT cancel the transaction once you have won the item! In addition, because it is illegal to do so, and I must insure the item for full value, I CANNOT devalue the item or lie on the customs forms in any way (I will not mark the package as a "gift"), so please be aware of the potential customs charges you may incur with your purchase! ***** Warning for other Ebay sellers: If you copy my text or pictures without my permission, you will be reported...***** Condition: New without box.
