They were never worn, but while they were on display at Nordstrom, it appears someone left what looks like a small mark from melting into the outsole (see the last picture). We obtain our inventory from retailers, which includes dead stock, floor samples, and customer returns. We ensure the shoes are clean and salable and price them fairly. You will also have the option to use USPS Priority Mail, but the prices are significantly higher, and you will generally trim only 1 day from transit times. Returns Returns We accept returns of new merchandise that is not in clearance mode. Each listing will state if the sale is a FINAL SALE, not returnable/refundable. We also do not accept returns or refunds on pre-loved or manufacturer-defect items. All returns must be made to us within 14 days of delivery to your home and received by us within 14 days thereafter. If you would like to return something, it must be in the same condition that it was when it left our warehouse. We retain the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned goods that were listed accurately. We will not refund items at full price (or, in most cases, at all) that have been worn, opened, or have cigarette, cooking, or other odors on them. All returned items require pre-authorization through either eBay or by contacting us first and getting a Return Authorization (RMA). We will issue a postage label for you to return the goods. The return address will be on the label you get from us. How do we get shoes? How do we get shoes? We receive our shoes from other retailers that only have one or two pairs of a style left in their inventory. They would rather sell us the shoes than mark them down or have them clog up their stock rooms. Retailers also sell off their inventory if the box is broken or no longer available. When we get these shoes, we rebox them in a generic box to send them to you. Sometimes customers bought them and tried them on at home. This can lead to marks on the soles of the shoes. Please note that this is a common practice in the shoe industry. It does not mean they have been worn or that something is wrong with them. We make sure that all the shoes are clean and salable before we offer them to you. There are times when we get shoes that have actually been worn and returned. We will find the Pre-Loved pairs and recondition them (clean, sanitize, and replace insoles or laces if needed). This is where you can get great discounts on shoes with pre-worn flaws. Most of those shoes look almost new, but we still pass the deals on to you. Reconditioned or pre-owned shoes are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund.
