Lido W.S. George Canarytone 187A Pink Rose with Blue, lot of 2 oval Bowls 1930s

Description

View Lido W.S. George Canarytone 187A Pink Rose with Blue, lot of 2 oval Bowls 1930s with current marketplace pricing, condition, product images and item details. Lot of 2 vintage 1930s W.S. George Lido Canarytone oval serving bowls, pattern 187A. Made in USA with a creamy Canarytone ground, beautiful pink rose and blue cartouche floral decoration, scalloped Art Deco-style edges and platinum/silver-tone trim. Wonderful Depression-era American tableware for collectors or display replacement pieces. Both show age-related crazing, and one shows some discoloration/ toning - this can apparently be lightened with hydrogen peroxide but I will leave that up to the buyer if they want to try it vs retaining its aged “patina”. Please review photos closely for exact condition. Do not use for serving food, for display only Condition: Used. Category: Pottery & Glass › Decorative Cookware, Dinnerware & Serveware › Dishes.
