It also has its little nicker with the little screw, and the two thumbscrews. --- the fence section which is marked with a "B" casting mark. It has the wood strip mounted on it, and the two thumbscrews to secure it to the rods. See the 46 type study in Walter's Stanley Tools book page 737 for an explanation of the casting mark. --- a pair of threaded long rods, one with the longer threads for the rear position. --- 9 irons or blades or cutters, which are 6 dado or plow cutters (3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", and 7/8"), two filletster cutters (1-1/4" and 1-1/2"), and 1 tongue or match cutter. --- and the original wood box for the cutters, which has some remnants of the Stanley tape that went around it. Condition of the plane is good to very good. It is mostly reasonably clean and bright and shiny as can be seen, with some little hints of rust or pitting mostly on the upward facing surfaces. The tops of the arms on the fence section (right above the two parallel holes) are a bit rough, which is probably casting roughness. And the upward facing surfaces on the sliding and fence sections have a speckled appearance to the nickeling. The skates are especially clean and bright, and the little nicker screws will turn easily and are not frozen. The arms have some rust and faint pitting. The front knob is intact, with some scratches and dings. The rear handle is also intact, with some wear to the finish on the rear part of the handle, some small chips in both horns, and some scratches and dings in the wood. The fence wood also shows very light wear. Some of the thumbscrews have quite a bit of rust. Condition of the cutters is good to very good, again reasonably clean with some patina (color) and some very scattered little spots of rust or pitting on the machined sides, and they are clean with very little rust on the cast sides. They have all seen some sharpening, a bit amateurish or uneven but they are reasonably sharp. Condition of the box is good, showing wear with some wild grain in one corner, and it doesn't have any latches or hardware to secure the lid to the lower part of the box. Except as noted, there are no cracks or chips or chunks missing from any of the castings, and everything turns or operates properly. No other parts beyond what is pictured and described are included. SHIPPING: 6 or 7 pounds when boxed, shipped US Postal Service Ground Advantage, insurance and tracking and delivery confirmation signature are included. No International shipping. l sell what I enjoy, and I collect antique woodworking tools and I enjoy photography! The queue is overflowing with tools right now, as they seem to be finding me faster than I can list them. So please keep watching as I have LOTS more to list!ETHICS IN DESCRIPTIONS: I also buy for my collecting on eBay, and I have been burned too many times by misleading (duh did I forget to mention .......) descriptions, and auctions with pictures only of the left side because the right side was trashed. Life is much simpler for me if I disclose what I know or see about an item before you bid, and especially before you receive it in the mail. I come from the handshake school of doing business, and hopefully you are like me and understand what that means. What goes around, comes around. RETURN POLICY: I believe that if you give honest descriptions, and include enough pictures, you shouldn't need a return policy. However, that doesn't mean that I won't make an occasional mistake. Please bid with the assurance that if I have made an error in my listing, I WILL take care of you. SHIPPING: I use the US Post Office for everything. If the value is $250 or over, I will always require a delivery confirmation signature, which eBay requires for the buyer and seller protections to be in effect.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I no longer ship Internationally other than Canada. If you are in Canada, ask for what the shipping would cost, but be prepared for it to be $$$$$. NEWSLETTER: Every Friday eBay sends out an email with my newsletter featuring 10 of my most interesting new listings. To subscribe, click on the heart symbol that is labeled SAVE SELLER, and that will automatically get you on the mailing list for the newsletters. They are free, and you can unsubscribe at any time.SELLING OUTSIDE OF EBAY: Why would I risk my lengthy good standing with eBay to save you a couple of dollars? Especially when you ask on an email that is sent through the eBay email system which they are reading? Please don't ask, the answer is no.AUCTIONS: I won’t end an auction listing early to sell it to you directly. As a bidder, I really dislike going back at the end of an auction to bid, only to discover that the seller had ended the auction early. So I won’t do that for you, or to you.PACKAGING: Please check my feedback -- I package well. I understand how disappointing it is to receive a purchase where the seller clearly didn't care about how it was packaged. I work to package everything with lots of protection for it, and I always use a new box or new envelope. OFFERS: I will always consider an offer, some longer than others. Your best chance of success happens if the item has been listed for a while, your offer is reasonable (to me!), and you are a regular customer. I am a long-time active member of the PNTC or Pacific Northwest Tool Collectors, and a long distance member of the MWTCA or Mid-West Tool Collectors Association. And once in a while I might turn up at a PAST meeting! I hope someday I will meet some of you as we trudge the happy road of tool collecting! Condition: Used.
