At this point in time, we seldom sell internationally. We ship every weekday, the “same-day shipping”, and sometimes on Saturday. We cannot ship on Sundays and holidays because the postal services are closed. Delays may be due to some complications either with the transaction or shipping itself. Due to recent changes in USPS and eBay policies, shipping costs have risen up. Our best interest is to relieve our customers from overburdening by these price hikes. Therefore we share the shipping cost with you and sometimes may ship items over a different carrier than mentioned in the listing to reduce shipping costs. If there is any concern about shipping or shipping costs, please contact us via eBay and the best would be prior to purchasing.Payments: Payment is due within 7 days. We know that most of our buyers pay immediately. It is a good thing because we can process the items fast. We do not ship anything until the payments are cleared by eBay. We also ship only to the addresses verified by eBay. If for some reason the buyer does not pay within 7 days, we will have to mark that transaction as “unpaid”. That may hurt the reputation of the buyer. So, please make sure that you pay the dues within 7 days. Thank you for doing business with us.Feedback: We strive for 5-star feedback because we strongly believe that we provide 5-star customer service. If there is any issue with your order please contact us via the eBay messaging system. We will do our best to resolve your issue as fast as we can, preferably within 24 h. Contact us before opening any cases with eBay.Returns: For most of the items (products), We offer a 30-day return option, and most of the time it is free to the buyer. That is because we believe in ourselves that we are selling the items what we say they are. We authorize the refunds only after carefully inspecting the returned items to make sure that they were not used or abused, and that all parts are present (when appropriate). In the case that you really want to return the item for whatever reason, please contact us via eBay, and we are always willing to go above and beyond our limits to help a valuable customer. Our Disclaimer:The brand names that are used here are used only as part of the description and they are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
