We don't sell Amazon Returns, 2nds or irregulars. The product you get will be the same as if you went into any retail store and will come in the original box from the KEEN ( not stuffed in a bag to save on shipping - we hate that.) I also learned an old adage many years ago that the Customer is always right and I believe that except for when the Customer is wrong. I don't sell on Ebay for a living, its more like a hobby that I enjoy. I have bought and sold on Ebay for years and pride myself on my positive feedback. As the buyer we ask that you do your due diligence to determine the correct size. We have done our best to accurately describe the item and a quick Google search will help you determine if these shoes will likely fit your feet or not. This is an important part of the transaction because we don't offer returns because the shoes are too small or big because we don't sell used boots or shoes. If you find yourself in a place where no one can please you, no matter what, please buy elsewhere. Condition: New with box.
