PLEASE READ❗ RETURN POLICY If a buyer returns an item, it should be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and it should include all items that were in the original package. If the returned item is used, damaged, or missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping because it wasn't packaged correctly, the seller might deduct from the refund to cover the loss in the item's value. Items cannot appear washed or used. Items must have original tags. Sanitary lining cannot be removed from an undergarment.Item cannot be altered in any way. Item cannot be stained (dirt, makeup, food, etc.) I ship everything in the polymailer, mostly without a box! Please keep in mind that if it's something that doesn't fit, it doesn't mean it's defective . If your size XY is from one brand , that is not 100% sure you need the same size from the other brand. Also, the style that really matters . What I mean is the same brand but a different style (what you usually wear). You sometimes need a different size because the shoes have a wider or narrowed toe box. If the shoe box is wider, you feel the shoes one size bigger, maybe . If it's narrowed the opposite.
